This Acceptable Use Policy specifies the actions prohibited by VerityCreative.com ("Verity Creative") to users of the Verity Creative Network. Verity Creative reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Policy.
ILLEGAL USE.
The Verity Creative Network may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
PREPAID ACCOUNTS.
Prepayment of services are non-refundable.
SYSTEM AND NETWORK SECURITY.
USENET, EMAIL, HOSTING.
Transmitting or relaying of unsolicited email via Verity Creative, any of Verity Creative's servers, or network is strictly prohibited. Posting the same or similar message to one or more newsgroups (excessive cross-posting or multiple-posting, also known as "SPAM") is explicitly prohibited.
SYSTEM AND NETWORK SECURITY.
INDIRECT OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS OF THE POLICY, AND ACTUAL OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS BY A THIRD PARTY ON BEHALF OF A Verity Creative CUSTOMER OR A CUSTOMER'S END USER, SHALL BE CONSIDERED VIOLATIONS OF THE POLICY BY SUCH CUSTOMER OR END USER.

Complaints regarding USENET abuse or SPAM should be sent to scott@Verity Creative.
TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION OF SERVICES.
Termination or modification of services will go in to affect at the end of the current billing cycle. Verity Creative can elect to terminate services at anytime.
BEFORE YOU TRANSFER YOUR WEBSITE TO Verity Creative BE SURE YOU HAVE A COPY OF YOUR WEBSITE ON YOUR LOCAL COMPUTER
Verity Creative cannot and does not capture websites on behalf of clients. Verity Creative will assist you in properly FTPing your web site on to the Verity Creative web servers or AlpineWeb Servers.
TERMS OF SERVICE.
Web sites, web servers and the Internet continue to evolve. Verity Creative cannot make any warranties of service that scripts or services will continue to function after required updates to services. Verity Creative has and will continue to make efforts to support and continue to provide service for legacy systems. Certain issues beyond Verity Creative control make result in particular services not being able to be provided.
WARRANTY OF SERVICE.
Customer hold the Provider harmless against all claims, suits, costs, damages, judgments, loss of revenue, loss of business, attorney's fees, settlements or expenses incurred, claimed, obtained or sustained including third parties, whatever the cause of action including, without limitation, defamation, misappropriation, invasion of privacy, intellectual property infringement, or otherwise, whether such claims are meritorious or not, with regard to said customer web site, said email, other Internet related services. Customer must use programs that are supported by Verity Creative for Verity Creative to provide support. If Verity Creative is not your access provider and you are experiencing difficulties, Verity Creative may not be able to resolve issues for you.
INDEMINIFICATION
The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any and all loss, cost, expense, and damage on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, judgements, costs and expenses that may be initiated against Provider and Provider's officers, directors, and employees for any service provided to Customer by Provider to include web space content that violates any copyright, proprietary right of any person, state and federal regulations, or contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous.
CANCELATION
The Verity Creative billing department requires cancelation notices to be provided in writing either via fax transmission or via mail unless otherwise stated. Cancelations go into effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Domain Names
Domain names are subject to availability.
Verity Creative reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
