This includes pornographic web sites, web sites of hateful nature and crime and or race degradation. Under no circumstances will these types of sites be considered for development or promoted.
eCommerce
Verity Creative uses the MIVA Merchant system. Interested or inquiries into it's function for secured merchant accounts can be addressed by e-mail or phone conversation.
Flash, interactive video and multimedia are considered premium services and additional charges will be applied. Quicktime video and or other forms of media which can and will include MP3, sound files, Flash, Shockwave and Author Ware are also considered premium services. These items and publishing operations are to be expected as longer forms of web development and can hold up production of your site.
Secured servers are additional operations provided by a separate agency outside of Verity Creative.
Verity Creative provides the best service with these outside agencies and will ensure that you are in contact with theses parties.
Upon agreement of Verity Creative services, party's utilizing this service will be required to provide 50% of entire cost as an upfront fees. These fees are separate from domain name registration, and hosting services, as well as secured server and MIVA applications/accounts.
Upon completion of the published web site, customer/client will be responsible for remainder of payment. If remainder of payment is not received within a given or agreed period of time, web site will be temporarily unavailable to client and viewing public until owed moneys are received. If client wishes to change web site service, initial payment of 50% will be retained and held by Verity Creative with NO REFUND.
SPECIALS OR INCENTIVE PROGRAMS
Sales, promotions, clearance or incentive programs are designed to acquire business. Verity Creative may decide that requests and or demands of jobs can and will fall under extended times at which Verity Creative will charge hourly in addition to the stated "SALE" price.
All work will need to be signed off by customer after which client sees that the performance has been complete to their standards and requests both great or small.
CHOOSING ANOTHER AGENCY
If at anytime after initial consultation by Verity Creative the client/customer changes agencies midstream or before work is complete, under no circumstances will paid currency already acquired be refunded.
